Refreshing Summer Cocktail; Sunshine Spritz

For those of us in the northern hemisphere, today is the longest day of the year and the official beginning of summer. To celebrate, I’m sharing the most refreshing summer cocktail. It is bright, fun, sweet, and delicious, so I named it Sunshine Spritz.

Ingredients

With just 3 easy-to-find ingredients, the Sunshine Spritz is as simple as it is delicious.

• vodka
• pineapple juice
• ginger ale

Recipe Notes

This refreshing summer cocktail is ready in less than a minute. Just toss everything in a shaker and it’s ready to drink! It is also perfect as a large batch cocktail for summer entertaining, just adjust the ingredients to fill up a pitcher. Even better, buy some of these adult juice pouches and make them ahead of time!
